human test subjects the development of non-lethal/electromagnetic based influencing technology aimed research into remote behavioral influence
Today, the so called gang stalking, reported on the internet but used as a cover by US intelligence departments experimenting with non-lethal/influencing technology, is a psychological harassment tactical assault, covertly done to an individual subject of this human experimentation, outside of the psychiatric hospitals that once were, and still may be, the sites of gross psychiatric complicity with CIA and related agencies research into influencing the human mind by way of remote technologies (see Remote Manipulation of the Human Brain, Mojmir Babacek ).
Using a multitude of stress and trauma inducing events, or series of thematic psychological mind games, which go hand in hand with invasive surveillance and tracking technology, ground based and satellite based frequency (EMF) interference with the mind, the operational activities of these new mind control experimentations, using unwitting civilians, are able to keep a perpetual around the clock test and monitoring program, where the victims is capitive through defamation of character, social/familial isolation, threat of physcial and further criminal actions if the victim attempts to gain any validation for what is happening. This is done using involuntary subjects who’s life eventually may becomes a continual psychological exercise attacking them 24/7, after the discrediting, social isolation, loss of job occur, the technologies herein referred to can be tested in all sorts of ways, using and effecting body and mind.
The number of subjects is unknown. The internet may not be a reliable source for accounting for the numbers, for many of the reports may be to mislead the few subjects of this. The CIA and related agencies could not afford, due to finance, resources, risk, to run such a program that is as extensive as many sites report on the internet. I can only say, the government is covering these heinous crimes, be the subject one, or a few, and subjects are misled by way of the internet. That is my judgement.
The program of harassment relies heavily on something called psychological conditioning, as the victim is wrapped in a never ending script that takes place almost everywhere, and an assault that exploits associated people, activities, and locations in particular ways. Established are irrational fears, trauma, stress, to such a level, the individual victim becomes soft, easily mislead, manipulated, conditioned, and eventually prone to violent reactions, that may be partially induced through technologies, remotely effecting the mind and body. People who have researched mind control call this softening the victim. In Coersive Mind Control Tactics Dr. Margaret Singer, U of C, Berkley, describes how this is done. The stress may first evolve in the form of repeated noise that causes sleep deprivation for an extended period of time. This may be a good example as to how stress wrecks the stability of the emotional and psychological health, by which carefully directed tactics that may include conditioning would be done. One could look at it as similar in results emotionally and psychologically, to continual domestic abuse. Done with technology, psychological profiling, and planning by specialists in psychological torture and warfare, the tactics seek to humiliate, mock, degrade, induce paranoia and irrational fears, as well as cause the victim to react in certain negative ways, that will be discrediting, or lead to be perceived by others as mentally ill. It is a goal oriented operation that may extend over many years, without the victim/subject knowing of the technological surveillance, and slow incremental manipulation of psychology, until one day, the victim’s life is totally hijacked for the torture stage, always under watch by the initiators of the harassment and torture. Sounds like science fiction, or a B movie or Hollywood script, but consider who would do such an exercise, and why. Are we living with hidden atrocities, in a democratic state that points to human rights abuses in the community of nation states, or not. The information of these atrocities done in the name of ‘national defense’ run the gamet from radiation experiments during the cold war, to other types of extraordinary measure to turn people into human guinea pigs, in horendous ways. MK Ultra, the FOIA documentation of the torture, experimentation, that lead to death, permenent memory loss, induced irreversable psychosis, LSD testing on unwitting individuals, illegal incarceration (psyche wards) of patients used, is just a tiny glimps, for much records and documentation were destroyed before the Senete Hearings, which occured in 1977 (see MK Ultra Select Committee on Intelligence, 1977, August 3 from arts.rpi.edu, or find other sources on the internet by searching MK Ultra Senate Hearings).
