Unethical experiments using involuntary subjects, that may be a window into a reality, one of which is aimed at developing technologies and methods of behavioral manipulation and control is something to consider. Neurological and biological effects of what is termed the EMF (electromagnetic field), a field of energy, it is stated, has been harnessed by researchers within certain entities of the US govenment. A paper exploring the topic of US military and intelligence use and development of Electromagnetic Weapons and the remote influence of human thought and behavior, has been written in collaboration by three scholars, and subtitled as ‘The History of US Intelligence Community Human Rights Violations and Continuing Research in Electromagnetic Weapons‘. Also, the patented technologies listed on websites, and found in reports on microwave weapons/electromagnetic weapons/non-lethal weapons attests to the fact that what is not classified is troubling enough. Troubling, for these represent an incredible remote mind influencing, through interpretation ability, totally absent from having evidence to present to law enforcement or department of justices, around the world, and here in the United States. To venture to think, that with the frequencies, and electromagnetic fields, that are everywhere, anyone, anyhwhere may be open to assault. Assaults may or may not include the following: disorientation, using covert harassment/ psychological harassment, in conjuntive fashion with surveillance and remote influencing technologies, physical, as well as psychological disturbances, such as nervousness, anxiety, altered moods, agitation, blurred vision, and more, all induced via remote, through the wall and skull technologies.

The phenomena of Gang Stalking and Surveillance and Technology & Synthetic Telepathy
The phenomena of Gang Stalking, also refered to as Organized Stalking, manifests as Cointelpro style types of programs, meaning, defamation of character, isolation, and the persistent use of a vast array of tactics that include, but not inclusive to, pety theft; vandelism of personal items, near daily ’break-ins’ (using lock and key), directed or scripted rudeness, pscyhological harassment (including mocking, humiliations, ridicules) all, in my opinion, used in conjunctive fashion with incredible surviellance technology developed by the military and intelligence, and refered to in a great number of papers and reports, like the one linked above, prepared by Peter Phillips, Lew Brown and Bridget Thornton, but also sketched in David G. Guyatt synopsis written as preparation for ICRC (Red Cross) Symposium on these weapons and the Medical Profession (see here: http://www.parascope.com/articles/0797/em.htm). Such consideration is greatly needed, as the effects of these weapons systems, along with the isolation of the subject in experimental subject status, is a liability to the community in general, as they are propelled into instability, and are even subjected to health institution mal-practice.
The harassment programs, stated in what is refered to as Gang Stalking, is to my mind, in no uncertain way, implemented using mind influencing technologies that interfere with normal functioning of mind and body, and are able to induce anxiety, nervousness, aggitation, forgetting, etc.. The effects of such technology, and the results of such harassment programs, can be found by reading the Appendix B (pg. 54), in the following paper, authored by physicist Richard Alan Miller, and refering to synthetic telepathy, man made electronic telepathic capabilities, via radio wave, electromagnetic frequency, or other methods, such as ultrasound:

I do think it is one of the most sinister governmental-military intelligence exercises happening in the world today, unnoticed even as some victims walk in public, but having evolved from a long history of US intelligence (CIA) involvement in tampering and experimenting with the human mind, it has become extreemly covert, and invisible and is based on advanced surviellance technology that is said to be capable of penetrate the the human skull.
PSYCHIATRY, Community, and Advanced Remote Technologies
Remote psychological torture, in the name of advancing technologies in the Pentagon’s classified arsinal. These technologies, and the assaults reproted as mind control experimentation, erase liberty and freedom. Due to the reality of this military and intelligence exercise, the absence of media sources investigating the claims, the public is not being informed, and victims are isolated, no doubt through gag rules put to those used or involved, within the communities, neighborhoods, churches, businesses, and schools. Psychiatry, long cited as an outpost for CIA experiments, is used to lable the victim, fraudulently, as suffering from psychosis, at least as far as I know. We are looking at a two tiered operation, that explores and develops 1. technologies aimed remotely at the human brain; 2. psychological manipulation/conditioning/harassment (psychological warfare techniques).
The early works of electro-shock and LSD experiments, represented by evidence presented in the Senate hearings regarding CIA’s MK Ultra (1.), has moved foward since MK Ultra was stopped, for what I have gathered from works written, the 70s, and even the 60s. This move forward has seen the replacement of the ECT (electroshock therapy) to the EEG (Brainwaves technology), thus requiring nothing more then the proper technology to deliver frequency, or other, into the brain, as the brian acts as a radio receiver. “There appear to be two methods of delivery with the system. One is direct microwave induction into the brain of the subject, limited to short-range operations.”- Judy Wall .
Remote Control of the Mind / Synthetic Telepathy / Jose Degado (subliminal thought insertion, mood alteration from a distance, frequency induced disorientation)
A youtube post video, clipping 9 minute from a Discovery Channel presentation that covers, in summary, the research of Jose Delgado, as well as what is reported to have evolved from this one Yale University physiologist’s early experiments involving electrodes and the brains of rats. should startle anyone living in an advanced industrial democratic society. Based in part on ideas presented in Delgado’s book entitled Physical Control of the Human Brain, Towards a Psychocivilized society (1969), the programs of thought control and behavior manipulation via remote means have advanced greatly from electrodes being inserted into a subjects brain, to frequency able to penetrate the skull. Whatever the developments, shouded in classified technologies developed in secret by military and intelligence, one, I think, must ask an important question, for this regards remote, hence invisible, control of a human’s mind, by another person, without subjects consent, and perhaps knowledge.
I have not read Delgado’s book, though can say, almost with an honest appraisal of the title, that it is a treatise which is diametrically opposed to the foundations of the beliefs, as well as the established understandings of civil society, humanity, culture and government that most Americans, and most people within the world population, share. The evolutionary development of human culture and society, political systems, democracy, freedom, and liberty may all be swept away with what is projected as being possible, considering the technologies that are theoretically based on Delgodo’s early work, and strives by people in power to use electrical and frequency means to alter an individuals consciousness, moods, physical health, and basic psychological state. What has evolved from these early researches into controlling, or more accurately, manipulating human thought, influencing human behavior, and if one agrees with the wording, enslaving an individual in ways that go well beyond what is traditionally known as control and slavery, political control, social and moral controls, education and edification?
