Consider Today’s reported Mind Control: harassment and surveillance, and torture

Today, the so called gang stalking, reported on the internet but used as a cover by US intelligence departments experimenting with non-lethal/influencing technology, is  a psychological harassment tactical assault, covertly done to an individual subject of this human experimentation, outside of the psychiatric hospitals that once were, and still may be, the sites of gross psychiatric complicity with CIA and related agencies research into influencing the human mind by way of remote technologies (see Remote Manipulation of the Human Brain, Mojmir Babacek ).

Using a multitude of stress and trauma inducing events, or series of thematic psychological mind games, which go hand in hand with invasive surveillance and tracking technology, ground based and satellite based frequency (EMF) interference with the mind, the operational activities of these new mind control experimentations, using unwitting civilians, are able to keep a perpetual around the clock test and monitoring program, where the victims is capitive through defamation of character, social/familial isolation, threat of physcial and further criminal actions if the victim attempts to gain any validation for what is happening.  This is done using involuntary subjects who’s life eventually may becomes a continual psychological exercise attacking them 24/7, after the discrediting, social isolation, loss of job occur, the technologies herein referred to can be tested in all sorts of ways, using and effecting body and mind.

The number of subjects is unknown. The internet may not be a reliable source for accounting for the numbers, for many of the reports may be to mislead the few subjects of this. The CIA and related agencies could not afford, due to finance, resources, risk, to run such a program that is as extensive as many sites report on the internet.  I can only say, the government is covering these heinous crimes, be the subject one, or a few, and subjects are misled by way of the internet. That is my judgement.

The program of harassment relies heavily on something called psychological conditioning, as the victim is wrapped in a never ending script that takes place almost everywhere, and an assault that exploits associated people, activities, and locations in particular ways. Established are irrational fears, trauma, stress, to such a level, the individual victim becomes soft, easily mislead, manipulated, conditioned, and eventually prone to violent reactions, that may be partially induced through technologies, remotely effecting the mind and body. People who have researched mind control call this softening the victim. In Coersive Mind Control Tactics Dr. Margaret Singer, U of C, Berkley, describes how this is done. The stress may first evolve in the form of repeated noise that causes sleep deprivation for an extended period of time. This may be a good example as to how stress wrecks the stability of the emotional and psychological health, by which carefully directed tactics that may include conditioning would be done. One could look at it as similar in results emotionally and psychologically, to continual domestic abuse. Done with technology, psychological profiling, and planning by specialists in psychological torture and warfare, the tactics seek to humiliate, mock, degrade, induce paranoia and irrational fears, as well as cause the victim to react in certain negative ways, that will be discrediting, or lead to be perceived by others as mentally ill. It is a goal oriented operation that may extend over many years, without the victim/subject knowing of the technological surveillance, and slow incremental manipulation of psychology, until one day, the victim’s life is totally hijacked for the torture stage, always under watch by the initiators of the harassment and torture. Sounds like science fiction, or a B movie or Hollywood script, but consider who would do such an exercise, and why. Are we living with hidden atrocities, in a democratic state that points to human rights abuses in the community of nation states, or not. The information of these atrocities done in the name of ‘national defense’ run the gamet from radiation experiments during the cold war, to other types of extraordinary measure to turn people into human guinea pigs, in horendous ways. MK Ultra, the FOIA documentation of the torture, experimentation, that lead to death, permenent memory loss, induced irreversable psychosis, LSD testing on unwitting individuals, illegal incarceration (psyche wards) of patients used, is just a tiny glimps, for much records and documentation were destroyed before the Senete Hearings, which occured in 1977 (see MK Ultra  Select Committee on Intelligence, 1977, August 3 from arts.rpi.edu, or find other sources on the internet by searching MK Ultra Senate Hearings).

A History Channel Film, and Technological Reality, when experiments aimed at the mind, leave the hospitals with remote developments

Below reflects the views of the writer of this text, while offering supporting references. Possibility of existence of these technologies exist, as does the possibility for abuses.

Referred to on other posts is ‘Synthetic Telepathy and Early Mind Wars’, by Richard Allen Miller, which is revealing, in my opinion, about what is brought up at the tale end of a History Channel production, entitled Mind Control, America’s Secret War (see here), namely non-lethal weapons and electromagnetic technologies, that are remote, and like a radio signal, can interact with the human mind, without the knowledge or consent of the person. The production features John Marks, once a State Department official, and celebrated author of ‘The Manchurian Candidate, as well as professors and legal specialists, who attempt to understand operations of mind control experimentation on unwitting citizens.  It is about 34 minutes into this film those interviewed reveal much concerning the vast human testing, and 38 minutes into this very good presentation, non-lethal technology/weapons, and remote technologies are referred  to by Colin A. Ross, psychiatrist and author of CIA Doctors (http://www.rossinst.com/cia_doctors.html). This book is interest to anyone who may be concerned about a moral deficit within medicine and psychiarty, and US government (CIA and other) funded atrocities that remain hidden behind what I would call an intense web of covert criminal complicity stemming from the Pentagon to the CIA, hospitals, to the streets, place where electronic mind control maybe, or is, happening today.     

When viewing this 45 minute video, I ask you to consider several thing, firstly, that great violations of human rights and civil liberties may be happening today, but cloaked in secrecy and military authority. Oversight and Exposure Lacking for Incredible Atrocities

These writing will attest to an ability, I think, that is now in use and is, to my knowledge, responsible for some incredible human rights abuses, as well as presenting possible intrusive violations to anyone without their knowledge. Some to consider.

The Reality Being Hidden By Secret Government Ops and Covert Harassment

Cointelpro style  covert harassment, the so called gang stalking phenomena are, to my knowledge, being used to carry out experiments using mind invasive technologies said to have been developed by the US military, the Pentagon, and its intelligence community. These technologies fall into a numbering of catagorical terms: non-lethal, psychotronics, anti-personel, neurophone weapons, ultrasound weapons, electromagnetic weapons, though one would have to conclude that they have all grown from MK Ultra , the CIA’s program in developing research aimed at mind control. 

My intent here is to sketch below some of the more smothering facts of gang stalking, or more correctely, mind influencing operations. What happens when MK Ultra moves from hired doctors of the 60s and 70s, to military or intelligence operators, or the outsourcing criminal hires. Though let us first familiarize ourselves with some technological reality little mentioned in mainstream media.

Technologies have been developed, as reported by people learned in fields such as physics and engineering, during the decades of the cold war, and have reached, for some time, an incredible level of accuracy in disorienting and guilding the psychological and biological stability of a living subject. Troubling facts regarding these technologies is first that they are remote, and an individual may have no idea that his or her mind is being read, and psychological states altered. When used in conjunctive fashion with organized psychological techniques, these technologies, using invasive surveillance, as well as manipulations of the moods and the CNS, remote control of the social organism becomes fact, as opposed to fantasy. Put in the wrong hands, they become the realization of remote involuntary manipulation of the human being, though who would think that within US government military secret operations, they become tools for incredibly heinous remote psychological torture, under the guise of what has been stated as the Pentagon’s undying desire to develop mind influencing technologies….but to what end?

If the operations I am aware of that use these technologies, means anything, they are operated by some very amoral individuals, and is founded on military style ‘war time’ exercises’ played out in communities, hospitals, homes, streets, and even places of worship.           

To my knowledge, in these operations of covert harassment, the victims are firstly discredited, and may endure coercive tactics that result in institutionalization (and abuse within the institution). Then, technologies, providing invasive surveillance, are used to track and assault them using psychological harassment tactics that are deniable. Scripted associations, organized stalking, and psychological warfare tactics, in cruel fashion, isolate the subject in an around the clock virtual world of psyops craft and design.  Manipulationsare used, and goal oriented pavlovian, as well as other forms of conditioning, are used to establish fears, and irrational or paranoid associations. Eventually, the subject is reduced to a mere object of experimentation, as any activity of productive nature is dissolved through trauma and stress inducing actions, on a daily basis.

These stress and trauma inducing actions not only include orgainzed stalking and psychological harassment, with established themes to bring forth conditioned responses or intimidations, fears, and stress, but also include some very invasive mind interrogations, in which, the technologies induce commenting via muscle twitches, and other sensations, correlating with thoughts and actions of the subject. It is as if someone is in the room with you, and when you think to cook something, or go somewhere, the person pokes you in a “yes, do that“, “yes, answer the door….don’t answer the door“. Every thought, every situation, even listening or watching broadcast media, becomes an arena for harassment. They rid the subject of self confidence and emotional stablitity, inducing guilt for benign life happenings, and cause them to feel guilty for every valued trait within their character, while working psychological weaknesses and character weaknesses. Bad behaviors will be promoted or expressed through attempts to induce rage, or hate via organized stalking, as social groups are used to intimidate and isolate the subject. With all this, every avenue for validation by another to what is happening is ruined through the third party influence the operators use (us military intelligence or their outsourced destinations). Such avenues include psychological and spiritual service workers, as well as local law enforcement, in some cases that I have read.   

Trauma is induced through ongoing theft of property, while dehumanization is long established by total invasion of privacy and knowledge of life history, mocking every achievement, every friendship or relationship, via organized stalking and psychological harassment, and technologically induced ‘interrogations‘.  

This technology has brought to humans a most sinister form of entertainment for some very sick individuals within a secret operations of the US military and intelligence. It is remote, and the programs dehumanize the subject by studying every aspect of the victims life, history, character, and run  unbelievable detailed harassment sessions, that anyone would say ‘why would anyone want to do that?’. It is technologically based on surveillance. It operates like a military operations, with gag rules and intimidation.

The programs use criminals, as well as law abiding citizens. It will invade any workplace, business or community center to carry out its operation. Fraud, theft, vandalism, medical abuse and misuse are all done. It is the virtual isolation of the subject, as well as the power and control used secret or black ops of the military and intelligence that hides the gruesome facts regarding what happens. It needs exposure.

One last note:

With all of the websites and information regarding gang stalking and non-lethal attacks, and victims accounts on the internet, I do not personally believe that there are so many ‘targets’, as these operations, from my experience, target the individual for life, and both use much in resources and finance, as well as actors. How many test subjects do these operators need? Subjects are stalked online in the ‘target community’, and supposed targets use manipulations to mislead and misinform. I do not believe that protestors and activists are being targetted in any great number, and such is misinformation, in my opinion, that cloaks this mind control operation in a fictional NWO, or Bush Chaney endeavor to rid the streets of leftists and liberals.

Behavioral Influencing Technologies, Involuntary Experimentation: covert harassment & remote technologies

Unethical experiments using involuntary subjects, that may be a window into a reality, one of which is aimed at developing technologies and methods of behavioral manipulation and control is something to consider. Neurological and biological effects of what is termed the EMF (electromagnetic field), a field of energy, it is stated, has been harnessed by researchers within certain entities of the US govenment. A paper exploring the topic of US military and intelligence use and development of Electromagnetic Weapons and the remote influence of human thought and behavior, has been written in collaboration by three scholars, and  subtitled as ‘The History of US Intelligence Community Human Rights Violations and Continuing Research in Electromagnetic Weapons‘. It is presented by Sonoma State University, Project Censored, Media Freedom Foundation. Also, the patented technologies listed on websites, and found in reports on microwave weapons/electromagnetic weapons/non-lethal weapons attests to the fact that what is not classified is troubling enough. Troubling, for these represent an incredible remote mind influencing, through interpretation ability, totally absent from having evidence to present to law enforcement or department of justices, around the world, and here in the United States. To venture to think, that with the frequencies, and electromagnetic fields, that are everywhere, anyone, anyhwhere may be open to assault. Assaults may or may not include the following: disorientation, using covert harassment/ psychological harassment, in conjuntive fashion with surveillance and remote influencing technologies, physical, as well as psychological disturbances, such as nervousness, anxiety, altered moods, agitation, blurred vision, and more, all induced via remote, through the wall and skull technologies.

The phenomena of Gang Stalking and Surveillance and Technology & Synthetic Telepathy

The phenomena of Gang Stalking, also refered to as Organized Stalking, manifests as Cointelpro style types of programs, meaning, defamation of character, isolation, and the persistent use of a vast array of tactics that include, but not inclusive to, pety theft; vandelism of personal items, near daily ’break-ins’ (using lock and key), directed or scripted rudeness, pscyhological harassment (including mocking, humiliations, ridicules) all, in my opinion, used in conjunctive fashion with incredible surviellance technology developed by the military and intelligence, and refered to in a great number of papers and reports, like the one linked above, prepared by Peter Phillips, Lew Brown and Bridget Thornton, but also sketched in David G. Guyatt synopsis written as preparation for ICRC (Red Cross) Symposium on these weapons and the Medical Profession (see here: http://www.parascope.com/articles/0797/em.htm). Such consideration is greatly needed, as the effects of these weapons systems, along with the isolation of the subject in experimental subject status, is a liability to the community in general, as they are propelled into instability, and are even subjected to health institution mal-practice.

 The harassment programs, stated in what is refered to as Gang Stalking, is to my mind, in no uncertain way, implemented using mind influencing technologies that interfere with normal functioning of mind and body, and are able to induce anxiety, nervousness, aggitation, forgetting, etc.. PSYCHIATRY, Community,  and Advanced Remote Technologies

Remote psychological torture, in the name of advancing technologies in the Pentagon’s classified arsinal. These technologies, and the assaults reproted as mind control experimentation, erase liberty and freedom. Due to the reality of this military and intelligence exercise, the absence of media sources investigating the claims, the public is not being informed, and victims are isolated, no doubt through gag rules put to those used or involved, within the communities, neighborhoods, churches, businesses, and schools. Psychiatry, long cited as an outpost for CIA experiments, is used to lable the victim, fraudulently, as suffering from psychosis, at least as far as I know. We are looking at a two tiered operation, that explores and develops 1. technologies aimed remotely at the human brain; 2. psychological manipulation/conditioning/harassment (psychological warfare techniques). 

The early works of electro-shock and LSD experiments, represented by evidence presented in the Senate hearings regarding CIA’s MK Ultra (1.), has moved foward since MK Ultra was stopped, for what I have gathered from works written, the 70s, and even the 60s. This move forward has seen the replacement of the ECT (electroshock therapy) to the EEG (Brainwaves technology), thus requiring nothing more then the proper technology to deliver frequency, or other, into the brain, as the brian acts as a radio receiver.  “There appear to be two methods of delivery with the system. One is direct microwave induction into the brain of the subject, limited to short-range operations.”- Judy Wall .

A youtube post video, clipping 9 minute from a Discovery Channel presentation that covers, in summary, the research of Jose Delgado, as well as what is reported to have evolved from this one Yale University physiologist’s early experiments involving electrodes and the brains of rats. should startle anyone living in an advanced industrial democratic society. Based in part on ideas presented in Delgado’s book entitled Physical Control of the Human Brain, Towards a Psychocivilized society (1969), the programs of thought control and behavior manipulation via remote means have advanced greatly from electrodes being inserted into a subjects brain, to frequency able to penetrate the skull. Whatever the developments, shouded in classified technologies developed in secret by military and intelligence, one, I think, must ask an important question, for this regards remote, hence invisible, control of a human’s mind, by another person, without subjects consent, and perhaps knowledge.

I have not read Delgado’s book, though can say, almost with an honest appraisal of the title, that it is a treatise which is diametrically opposed to the foundations of the beliefs, as well as the established understandings of civil society, humanity, culture and government that most Americans, and most people within the world population, share. The evolutionary development of human culture and society, political systems, democracy, freedom, and liberty may all be swept away with what is projected as being possible, considering the technologies that are theoretically based on Delgodo’s early work, and strives by people in power to use electrical and frequency means to alter an individuals consciousness, moods, physical health, and basic psychological state. What has evolved from these early researches into controlling, or more accurately, manipulating human thought, influencing human behavior, and if one agrees with the wording, enslaving an individual in ways that go well beyond what is traditionally known as control and slavery, political control, social and moral controls, education and edification?

The research into remote control of the human brain is well documented, though accounts from the reported victims, or involuntary recipients of frequency based experimentations aimed at mind control, I refer you to the cited research referred to in the above youtube video. Also, any American should investigate what the government has been doing, in secret as well as in the open, in regards to electromagnetic, ultrasound, and other remote means that interfere with the normal functioning of the human brain, with control factors.
