  What has been reported as mind influencing technologies aimed at citizens are, if fact, remote, and not open to detection, nor open to disclosure. And unlike early reported and documented experiments in psyche wards (MK Ultra), these reported experiments, if true, have gone in-house, so to speak, meaning remote devices by satellite and other ground methods, have replaced much that was reported and openly disclosed during the years of congressional exposure to MK Ultra. There may have dawned a new age in mind research, one in which people may be subjected to remote technologies as they work, and live in the community. Such reports should be investigated as a threat to freedom, community, and society
